Puncak Semangat Technology Sdn. Bhd. is in the business of providing a suite of common services which include Human Capital Management Services, Financial & Treasury Management Services, Corporate Services, Legal and Secretarial Services and Strategic Procurement Management Services to its clients.
The followings are the services and key activities provided by each department in Puncak Semangat Technology Sdn. Bhd. :
Human Capital Management
The Human Capital Management Services oversees the overall management of employees in terms of work and welfare. Besides that, the department is also in charge of recruiting quality workforce into the organization.
Financial and Treasury Management
The Financial and Treasury Management Services handles all of the organization’s accounts. On top of that, the department is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s spending trends are constantly within the allocated budget.
Corporate Services
Corporate Services oversees and manages the organizations business relations. The department’s main focus is on liaison and secretarial duties. However, Corporate Services is also involved in Corporate Communications and Special Projects.
Legal Services
Legal Services Department oversees and addresses all legal matters and obligations of the organisation. The department mainly acts as legal advisors to the organisation whilst ensuring that the organisation complies with all applicable laws and regulations in all aspects of its business deliberations.
Strategic Procurement
Strategic Procurement deals with all areas involving procurement. This includes the technical aspects which involve the procurement system.
